Wipes:
When I first started cloth diapering, I didn't even know about wipes. I just
mindlessly kept buying more and more and continuously separated them from
the dirty diapers and into the trash. Each dirty diaper I had to use several and
keep wiping and wiping. Then I finally realized that I was a fool for not using
cloth wipes. After I started, I realized there needed to be different kinds of
wipes for different kinds of jobs.
We have a denim sided wipe for that first swipe, removing most of the matter.
Those work best for your babies already on solids. $1.50 each
Then there is the terry-cloth sided wipe that works perfect for breast fed poop.
One swipe and the majority is all gone. $1.50 each
Then there are the plain T-shirt wipes for wet diaper changes and for getting
into all the soft spots and finishing touches. $1.00 each
